Thomas Crooks Aged 69 donated to Act Blue (allegedly) not 20 yr old Thomas Matthew Crooks. You have to be 18+ to donate to Act Blue and (allegedly) the shooter wasn’t 18 at the time… He did for a fact register as a Republican also has a Trump sign at his house.

Look, it is speculation to creat a motive or whatever. I’ll wait for all the facts to be collected in the local law enforcement’s investigation. I want to say for the record I prayed for Trump’s survival during Covid19 hospitalization also prayed for him after hearing word he got shot. Political violence is evil, wrong, and unlawful. I don’t care if you agree with me, disagree with me or whatever Trump didn’t deserve to get shot and no one deserves to get shot just for political ideology. America needs to lower the political turmoil and remain peaceful even when we disagree / can’t see eye to eye on the key issues.

*edit Trump’s Campaign has come forward to say that the 20 yr old’s family was at a Trump Rally back in 2016 and still has records on them.
Seems like a Conservative who had a mental breakdown or felt betrayed by Trump… We may never know the motive though we should wait for the investigation to conclude before commenting further.

To interfere with the Republican primary outcome, "Thomas Matthew Crooks" changed his registration to Republican in order to vote for Nikki Haley to try to stop Trump from winning the primary. That obvious election interference didn't work. "Thomas Matthew Crooks" has known associations with ANTIFA. There are even videos of him online confessing that he hates Republicans and he hates Trump like this one on FaceBook. None the less, he's still a patsy for people higher up in the Democrat apparatus.

You donate to the democrats to stop Trump, once your finally allowed to vote you try to get rid of Trump by trying to vote for Nicky Hailey and then when that didn't work / bidens debates is awful you feel like there is nothing else that can be done to stop him. The above is way more logical than, "Genuine republican that believes in republican ideas but somehow kills the republican frontrunner and donates to democrats". That makes less sense than the far left killing Biden. Because at least with that one there is a larger deviation of policy.

That donation was always uncertain and now it looks like there is maybe another person with the same name who made the donation and that it is unrelated to the shooter. Again, this is unconfirmed and I want to stress this, but its moving in that direction at least which would leave the shooter as registered Republican wearing a shirt indicating right wing gun ideology.

Just because he was registered a republican, doesn't mean he actually was one. PA is a closed primary so it's not uncommon to change your voter registration to vote in the opposing parties primary. Many Democrats registered as Republican so they could vote for Nikki Hayley to hurt Trump.
