According to the director of the Secret Service, the reason the roof of the building where Trump's would be assassin positioned himself was sloped and provided a "safety issue" for the secret service.

The people whose job it is to die for a political official are worried about a roof not being safe.


'That building in particular has a sloped roof at its highest point. And so, you know, there's a safety factor that would be considered there that we wouldn't want to put somebody up on a sloped roof,' she (Kimberly Cheatle) told ABC News in an interview Tuesday.

'And so, you know, the decision was made to secure the building, from inside.'
