What do you think would have happened or changed if the shooter had killed Trump?

I think the calls for Biden to resign would have been overwhelming. Most people assume he is only running because he is the best chance at defeating Trump. But with Trump removed democrats would assume the risk is removed - though that's not the case at all: Project 2025 doesn't care who the figurehead is.

As far as the reaction on the right I think there would have been a spike in mass shootings. Then as it is revealed the shooter was a registered republican the people who lied initially and said it was democrats wouldn't be held accountable. Maybe some of the families would sue but the cases would be dismissed when the next republican won because democrats completely checked out of the election after Trump died.

I suppose I'm actually saying Trump is the weakest candidate for Christian nationalism because he is so open about it. The next nominee will be more subtle and so the urgency to resist will be lost.

I think Trump supporters would have reacted violently and even started attacking left wing politicians. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I could see it happening. Imagine going from believing your side was cheated out of one election, then literally seeing your side removed from an election. It would be chaos.

The alternative, that would hopefully happen, is the right would find a suitable replacement to rally behind and focus their support on. I don't know who that would be though.

It's very obvious, you all sitting, basking in the glow of the winning side of a coup you don't have. a clue how we, whose vote was rendered null and void, how we have felt since that ignorant puppet was placed in the White House. There would have been the bloodiest two weeks in the history of the world as liberals would have been feeding the buzzards. Every politician would be out of their job as they would cease to be. The most uncivilized war would have ripped this country a brand new ass and liberalism would not exist anymore.

There would be no two parties anymore. And the numbers lost would
be over 50 or 60 million. With gun ownership at 90%, there would be a mess that would take months to sweep up the fallen traitors. If you could actually see how you traitors have conived, cheated and murdered. Every Trump hater would have received the same end that the shooter received. We would not have stopped until Justice would have been administered to every one of you regardless of age.

It would have been the end.

That's hard to say whether protests for justice or shots fired. How would you feel if a golden boy on the Democrat side that, to you and 90% of democratically ran country, the man you saw as the solution to fix the corruption and social strife laying in this mans hands to fix had his brains blown out by a killer doing the bidding of the corrupt poloticians of a rogue government on the other side.
