Not really; after spending decades in prison (AND failing to impress Jodie Foster), it's not surprising to reach the conclusion "this doesn't work".

What IS surprising is that a judge apparently allowed the company to trademark a letter- one that appears in the Roman, Greek, Cyrillic, Ogham, Glagolitic, Futhark, Bactrian, Georgian, Hebrew, and Visigothic alphabets, plus probably a bunch more I'm not familiar with.

But of course this probably isn't actually him. Elon went out of his way to remove all credibility from Twitter so he achieved that.
