Pretty much nothing, it is almost a rehash of Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Two Tribes. Over here people really don’t care overly who votes for who, people even vote for one party in locals and another in the general.
As @purplepoppy says, if they tried doing some of the rallies etc like they do there is would a piss take.

we tend not to take politicians seriously, we know no matter who gets in they will shaft the average person.
also the amount of money they are allowed to spend to get elected is fairly obscene, the 2020 election cost $14 billion, that is ridiculous.

I've never got American politics. Over here the campaign trail lasts a few fews but over there it seems to go on none stop all year round even years before an election.

And what's up with rallies? If a politician here tried that we'd piss ourselves laughing at them for even thinking about it, but you guys worship them like rock stars.

I think I would vote for him, he's pretty funny and really give it his all and democrat are pretty crazy to have let Biden run for president for so long even the first mandate was too much, i really don't know how they could have let him do it.

They cheated, election are a joke here, the president of the assemble cheated to get reelected too (they discovered they were 10 vote in more etc...) but they redone it let her run it again and she got magically elected again.

I'm not so down anymore more like tired, we can't do anything cause they cheated, election and democratie here is just a pure joke.
We'll thrive again but I doubt it would be in near future.
I'm even begening to think if Macron and European Nation aren't more lier than Putin himself...

I saw on twitter the left politicians refused to shake hands with an FN politician as they were voting in parliament.

It's not something new they do this since a lot of time, the worse is they refused to play a match of football against them (while it was a charity match for children so when they refused the children didn't get any money...) and they were proud of that.

Honestly when i watch them i feel like i'm watching a show rather than politician.
