Look at history. No sitting Vice President has ever been elected to two terms, and only 3 sitting VPs in the history of the country have been elected President, two in the early 1800s (Adams and Jefferson), and the only other one being George HW Bush in 1988; none of them were Democrats.

Harris may not be the Democrat's nominee, and highly unlikely that she would serve two terms if she is.
