How can you fail this badly at your job and say you think you're the best person to have this job? Clearly you're not. This wasn't a single agent that made a mistake, there's something wrong with your leadership. This was an easy area to secure and they failed completely.

I don't know how you can't take responsibility for this fully.

When did DEI hires ever have to do their job? They aren't there to do the job description. They are there to displace a real worker so that an organization is demoralized and disorganized.
