Well, some Black men aren’t fighting each other, and Black girls are stealing from Black boys.

And some white men are fighting white men and black men and Hispanic men. And some white women steal from white people. Or from black people. The fact that you specifically singled out one race over another seems to indicate that you believe that it’s exclusive. That sort of thinking leads to racial encampments and exclusions that result in racial profiling.
