America has a system which makes presidents not really all that powerful, and they for sure can't establish dictatorship.
But he still shouldn't get in because he's a pain, let a younger person be president already and bring a new conservative primary Trumps been around for too long he's annoying.

Realistically at worst he could start a small coup but it won't get anywhere, there is a reason why Impeachment exists. Presidents aren't exempt to the law, just secure to act within it to protect it through official acts.
It would not been seen as approved to following the constitution and that's more powerful than a President.
After all a President is only there to enforced the constitution not dictate what it is.
So really don't think he could and the military wouldn't carry out absurd orders to attack their own constitution, and the very people who put the president into power in the first place.
