On Monday in southport, England several children were stabbed and a dance and yoga workshop. A man was arrested. The police have not yet released a name or motive but social media has been rife with claims he was a Muslim migrant called Ali al-shakati who had been on the MI6 watch list. The claims have been discredited and originated from an American "real news" outlet.
Now there are riots in Southport as the far right English Defence League descended on the town to attack a nearby mosque.
There's been a few incidents recently in the UK where unsubstantiated stories on social media have led to riots so as more people abandon traditional mainstream news for alternative sources are we going to see more and more of this kind of thing?
Vigilantism is the answer for incompetent law system towards migrant crimes. Multiculti works in time of prosperity but is disastrous for societies in times of recession. As I read few times the word "deeply" in articles about this incident, even before nationality of the murder was public I knew it's an immigrant. "deeply" is the code word for "play it down" for mainstream media. Maybe it's the spark that initiates escalation spiral which immigrants can't win. Let's hope it won't happen. lol
It was completely uncalled for, it was in part generated from fake news stories, some of which originated on a fake news site that is Russian managed. That was enough to get the usual low intelligence racists shouting and spreading more shit on Twitter / X. Then you have a bunch of complete wasters pitch up where people are grieving and start to kick off with the police. It’s fairly typical of the fuckwit far right racists in this country, they play into the hands of those they are ‘protesting’ about. The result is pretty much any UK based group who are predominantly white and against immigration etc, now runs the risk of being tagged as a terrorist group. Now Humza Yousaf (a fuckwit) has said the group from last night need to be added to the terrorist group list in the UK. Also there is due course with the law, he’s under 17 and a decision will be made when to identify him. There are already some far right fuckwits apologising on Twitter.
Sadly this type of thing occurs in the US. Migrants kill, the government and media withhold information which breeds anger and distrust. It will leak out, the picture of the assailant and then it will happen many more times and also leak out. The assailant will be foreign and there illegally. The public will then be trained through this process that when information is withheld, they know what it means. And when a whiten-Erwin commits the crime it will be released widely, immediately. People here will quote “Wheel of Fortune” game show, Pat, I’de like to solve the puzzle” when it is withheld as it is always a minority illegal or otherwise now.
The government is supposed to protect us but they protect themselves. This behaviors is how trust gets broken with the citizens. But at the end of the day, small children have been butchered in the most horrible way. It makes one feel guilty for living I guess when they suffered something unimaginable.
I just wish people could think before tgey did anything so horrific... rioting can never result in anything good... how can they just harm n damage their own neighbourhood n people in it...
I never had interest in politics n religion n news overall n whenever i teied to engage in these i always ended up knowing tht ghis is fake n that is fake... n people getting destroyed n deprived of so much due to fake n false news... its just so depressing... i think we shud just engage ourselves in sum fun n positive activities than spending time on news n getting depressed coz of them
Usually when they don't release the ethnicity, religion etc it's a Muslim. Same thing happens in the us. If the perpetrator was white we'd know everything about them already.
The locals know witnessed what happened and know who it was and Facebook is a thing.
Sorry to say, I have not seen anything here about what happened in Southport, but you know that MANY take what they see on Social Media as truth, and I don't know what can be done to counter that.

It was only a matter of time before the English people reacted this way to children being stabbed - they have gotten sick of minorities being handled with kid gloves as was seen over in Harehills area of Leeds on 18 July where the Police withdrew completely which is in stark contrast to how the Police reacted in Southport and contrary to what the Main Stream Media stated there was no organised EDL or "Far Right" rioters in Southport they were ordinary people who had come to the end of their tether. It did not help that the Police refused to name the man arrested (Given that 3 children have died, five children and two adults remain in a critical condition) If the Police do not start enforcing the Law without fear or favour as they once did before they were infected with PC/Woke BS,
Very sad. Poor innocent children, and people trying to enforce justice when they don't have the details. Anyone who riots should be prosecuted. No matter how angry one might be, it is never right to destroy property,.
And no, I don't think we'll see a serious escalation... These things sadly happen occasionally; last time was last year with the 'Gammons' descending on London, during Remembrance Day when there were pro-Palestinian protesters which are supposedly so dangerous. The 'Gammons' fought the police, not the protesters.
As an American, it's always fascinating to see Europeans throwing stones at each other. Maybe at least sharpen some arrowheads before you go into a riot.

It's been a few DAYS. Surely they could get clearance if they wanted to.
The issue here I suspect is that if this 17 year old POS were a member in good standing of the EDL or some similar group of scumbags, we're all fully confident the reporting would've been on the spot and timely. But if he's a "preferred" scumbag then the reporting gets schtum, the conspiracies start to fly and this kind of shit predictably happens.
A little bit of honestly in reporting goes a LONG way in promoting or deterring riots like this.
