Who do you think is more likely to win the upcoming presidential election?

I’m not asking who you want to win, I’m asking who you think will win based on media presence, audience response, and knowledge of the electoral college and how they operate.

Partly her VP running mate pick, Tim Walz, which could turn Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania for a combined 44 electoral votes. Also, his background, and charisma will draw people to the ticket. In a matter of days, Harris has rejuvenated the Democratic Party and, more importantly, both Democrat and Independent voters over a range of voter demographics. Additionally, Harris has just enough time before the election to show her stuff. US elections, since 1960, are no longer about policy and issues, but more about image than any previous elections. Trump's VP is a huge mistake and will lose him votes. At this point Trump, himself, comes across as stale, been-there-done-that, while Harris comes across as fresh and ready right out the gate. It may be close o, r given the time she has to build momentum, it might be a landslide for her... Or, there could be an October Surprise and Trump takes it all. That's American politics. I am predicting Harris-Walz take it.

As I saw it Trumps only advantage was he wasn't Biden. As a convicted felon and instigator of the insurrection he mostly appealed to hate groups and that normally puts off a lot of middle ground voters.

Biden was more presidential but let's be honest if he was your grandfather you wouldn't trust him to look after your goldfish. You'd be tempted to sneak into his bedroom at night with a pillow to give him an honourable death rather than be remembered as a drooling imbecile.

Now Harris isn't great, I dont think she has enough experience. But she's blackish and a woman. We're already seeing racist and misogynistic posts against her as expected and I reckon that's going to motivate more blacks and woman to vote.

I think Harris will just pip the post but she'll only be a caretakers president.

I still think it's Trump's to lose. The polls show Kamala really competitive if not slightly up. I think this is a farce though. People don't like her, never have never will. This is why she didn't garner a single vote during her last run for president. As soon as people see who she is they'll hate her again.
