Is this world completely collapsing to evil and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it?

The west is collapsing demographic and morally for the usual reason empires collapse, the disease of Urbanism. Aside from this sad and predictable end of our civilization.

Our knowledge of this coming doom has given us cause to find ways to avoid it or salvage what is left.
We know for example:
1: We need to get people out of cities,
2: We know we need to reintroduce some kind of faith for anyone to be happy and fulfilled due to the way our brains work.
3: We know politically we need to find a way to re-decentralize and limit power to restore the system to an earlier more competitive state.

Many of theses things we can do from the top, but noting is sustainable from the top as it is too easily reversed without consequence there (hence why goverment need decentralization for accountability).
We also know we can do many of theses things by simply exploiting the stupidity of people in urban environment. We for example do not want to solve the urban housing crisis as that did not help Japan, we want to use that to force people out of the city.

We probably don't want to prevent high minimum wage laws in cities either to force businesses to take their jobs outside of the city.

I guess it is completely different thing to read about the decline of a civilization of thousand of years ago and witnessing it in real time before your eyes. Especially if it was the greatest one in history. And then there is the persecution factor for the "losers" of the game. I don't know if the former westerners can rebuild some form of society post-collapse.
