The protection Act of 2000 doesn’t seem to be working !
Some countries have laws that facilitate it. Take e. g. Ryanair that is Ireland based and can use the weak social system to underpay people. Or the US system of waiters and waitresses that are totally underpaid and have to rely on tips to get a decent living.
@pascal_climbs 💕
Does this affect you? I saw a BBC video posted by @purplepoppy
If they're getting paid is it slavery?
@zoi1986 35 cents a day and a cup of rice. Yes it’s slavery and they are getting paid

I have never had any exposure to human trafficking.
But it’s happening now on the southern border of the United States 🇺🇸
And how much is the MSM telling us about that? They don't want to embarrass the border czar!
@olderandwiser I am telling you from my own personal experience
@Red_Arrow yes, when I was 14 years old for 8 years
Wow! I never would have suspected anything like that.
From what I've read, it's a huge problem globally. More than 10 million adults and nearly 4 million children are victims of sex trafficking.
"In the U. S., an excess of 800,000 children are reported missing each year; another 500,000 go missing without ever being reported.” - Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).
A large but unknown number of children adopted through CPS wind up trafficked.
A large number of children caught by the DHS crossing into the U. S. disappear and wind up trafficked.
Epstein's list of clients is unreleased.
The Pizzagate thing wasn't about a pizza parlor. It was about a huge trafficking ring used by elites. Hollywood and Washington DC are involved. The way media mocked the idea is interesting.
The trafficking industry is so lucrative and massive that there aren't resources to fight it. And I suspect that the powerful people involved, including government officials and police, here and around the world, don't want it curtailed.
That it is not well understood, that too much is focused on the sex trade which means it gets to flourish in other areas without any checks,
yes it’s bad in the sex trade, however agriculture and manufacturing often rely on low cost workers where no real questions are asked.
There's an article on the BBC about a case in Scotland https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cd9dnk34k41o
Basically people are being brought over from the Philippines to work on fishing boats 18 hours a day 7 days a week for £660 a month.
Its not just something that goes on in Chinese sweatbshops.
@purplepoppy 💕
So it’s everyone, not just girls for sex. I watched the video you sent
@purplepoppy Just look at how people arrive in Europe. Many go to Libya or Tunisia first and are being trafficked across the Mediterranean Sea to Europe. Once they arrive in Italy or Greece (closest to Tunisia and Libya), they travel to France because their end destination is the UK (The UK can't sent refugees back). From France they are being trafficked across the North Sea to the UK.
These Human Traffickers often struggle financially themselves. While their methods are often deplorable, they do this to survive themselves and because there is a demand for it. People are desperate to come to Europe and these Human Traffickers are the only ones who can make that happen for them. There is a high demand, the Traffickers have costs and take risks... Refugees have to pay thousands of Dollars, or whichever currency is being demanded.
It is still Human Trafficking and thus a criminal offence (according to our books of law...), because refugees are vulnerable they are being exploited while they are on their journey; but most will be free once they reach their destination; providing there are no 'outstanding debts'.
Even in richest countries in Europe happens something like that. Sex trafficking rings are much more rare compared to 20 years back. One reason is stronger prosecution of organized crimes in eastern Europe and second, legalization of prostitution in most countries.
I believe in the concept of willing slavery, where individuals submit to explore their desires and boundaries under the safe and respectful guidance of a Dominant. Most of the time, it's feminists who need to blame someone for their own depraved minds who push this kind of crap.
@on_my_knees no because it happened to me
@on_my_knees may I pinch and twist your nipples? Fuck. I should ask your mistress for permission.
Sorry, I just don't buy it. You could ask one of your John's to call the police or take you out of their at any time. You stay with Master because you're an filthy little whore.
I'm so sorry for what you've been through. I'm sorry there are people that minimize it and act like it doesn't exist. And I commend you for being a survivor.
The fact is, the media doesn't tell people they should care, so they don't. They care more about the "victims" of misgendering. The victims of sex trafficking aren't out there talking about it, so people can ignore it. Meanwhile, there are more people enslaved today than ever.
This cannot be happening. Since Kamala Harris says that the border has been secured since she was in power. Plus she persecuted all of the bad people before she was VP.
I can’t imagine what those young girls go through. I guess even young boys also. What they have to live through during and the rest of their lives. No wonder some turn to drugs and end their lives.
Glad that you pulled through. Jenn!
@surely thanks honey 🥰
I think no one cares which is sad. The government and much of society care far, far more about slavery 200 years ago than what is happening in our own cities today. F 200 years ago! We can’t do anything to help those people, only the ones today.
We are all slaves
Most people are too indoctrinated to even notice the chains on themselves.
@skinhead-1979 true 💯
An African friend told me it is still happening in certain parts of Africa.
Of course it is
In Italy this is very normal, organised crime makes a business out of it.
@patrick994 I know and now the United States 🇺🇸 but I found out that it has been going on here for a long time
It's rare, linked to sex trade and child labor and is not a priority nor should it be. There's bigger issues than this
@drpepper12 they started me when I was 14 years old but I saw younger girls 11-12 years old even young boys
It’s more widespread than people think and is a major vertical for organized crime.
@DrPepper12 it’s actually a large global issue, it is not just sex trade and child labour. For example gangs will smuggle over or take advantage of illegals already in country, usually men and have them work crazy hours for a just survivable wage, they provide them lodgings of some type, then food, they charge them like 99% of their wages for this work.
Aware of all of that but it still wouldn't make even my top 50 priorities. I guess I'm the world's first callous snowflake!! 😂😂😂
@drpepper12 you’re mean
It's cold rational calculation based on my best interests. It's not mean. It's morally neutral as a political animal.
Not acceptable I had to deal with lots of it when I was working. Not enough is done to prevent it or punish the perpetrators here in the UK
@cubapirate💕
My hero
The protection Act of 2000 doesn’t seem to be working ! DEMS DON'T WANT IT TO WORK.
You’re exactly right
It happens all over the world, surprisingly some people even deny it. It's scary.
I think that it all needs to stop and the ones that are selling women or young girls needs to go to prison and never released
@celticwolf78 💕
Thank you, and you are absolutely 💯 correct because the girls and women are not getting any pay or benefits just the Cartel
Sadly you can’t protect those that don’t want protection. It’s like the homeless. You can’t always help those that don’t want a home.
I think human traffickers should have their balls cut off.
Let me do that
They're all yours.
I think it is sad and that is one of the largest targets of the FBI.
It's very sad and infuriating that these things are happening
Except for other countries, it doesn't exist!
It’s going on in certain parts of the country just not near me , probably near the southern borders
I think it's terrible. It's also an intrinsic part of human existence. It isn't going anywhere.
As a black man I hate that shit nobody should have to go through that shit. You should never have to submit to anyone unless you want to
You think with all this technology it would stop now
Ask the Ukrainians. If you can find any.
ANY slavery is EVIL !!!
I think it is sickening
No idea
@awantika03💕
It’s so common now days
Too common
