I think it's incredibly prejudice and racist that the Biden administration sees a law that punishes and restricts convicted criminals as a law targeted against black people.

Not all black people are criminals. In fact, most are not.

Discrimination against criminals isn't racist.

Saying that a law saying no criminals are allowed in certain housing is the same as or somehow equivalent to saying no black people are allow there is INCREDIBLY racist.

The democrats are showing their true colors more and more and that is why more black men voted for Trump than any other republican presidential candidate in my lifetime.

And to be completely honest, they are showing themselves to be rotten hypocrites and liars. Look at Joe and Kamalas past. They sure didn't go easy on criminals before.

When they (both) locked up and sentnenced to death enormous numbers of disproportionately black Americans for drug offenses we now know their own family members are guilty of they were quite proud of that and stood by it ad a great accomplishment.

But now, some folks are suggesting that convicted criminals be unwelcome in certain high density housing developments and they, 1 don't think that is right and 2, somehow equate a ban on criminals with a ban on black people?

Is this the same Joe Biden who got his start in congress by opposing school integration then claimed he marched on Washington with MLK? Who famously said "poor kids are just as smart as white kids" on purpose into a microphone?

Yes. Sure sounds like par for the course that got him to where he is today. And to answer your question directly, someone does support this policy. Criminals. You know, the government. The Wallstreet donars and big corporations that put him in office.

If a person did the crime, they should do the time regardless of race. I do think the sentencing should be equal if they did the same act unless maybe age plays a role. But i dont trust biden when it comes to discrimination/race issues when he used to say (and probably still says behind closed doors) the N word with the hard R

That sounds like one of those Not in my backyard things, usually these start of with rich, affluent areas who do not want normal middle or working class people living near them, the next level down that says, I’m middle class, I don’t want working class or below living in my neighbourhood, then the working class have to then stop anyone below them.
It is also funny when they refer to crime free areas but then do nothing for say a middle class area where people have been charged with everything from drunk driving, drug possession to fraud, however if the people are just off the poverty line, then they are fair game.

Yes it is true no one wants the usual low life drug addicts, petty criminals living in their neighbour hood, however I would say this is a policy that all global and across all governments and very much abused, colour is likely incidental.
