Slightly too much, whether it be passive suicidal ideation that I don't really intend to act on, or a spontaneous panic attack because the inevitability of death is a massive trigger for my OCD. I can think a out it calmly. I'm calm writing this comment. But other times my thoughts spiral on the subject very quickly...

So yeah. I probably think about it more than most would say is normal or healthy.
