Can't white characters be villains when minorities are the protagonists?

If it's woke for white characters to be villains in stories where minorities are protagonists, then what is the opposite?

Only racists or mentally ill people see it this way. A story can have a white hero and a black villain. What would be the problem? None. The opposite shouldn't be the case either. What makes a character a villain is not the color of their skin, but rather their moral failings. What puzzles me is that white characters can't be villains without adult white men crying like children. Before, they only cried when the heroes were part of the minority, now they cry even when white women are more important than white male characters.
