So, the problem is RFK Jr. is an independent candidate while when Biden dropped out, he wasn’t officially the nominee for President so Harris was able to take his spot with ease since she is now the nominee. Same would’ve happened if Trump dropped out then JD Vance took over right before the nomination. Independents don’t really have that process so, I don't know. It isn’t going to change the election outcome if he remains.
