Except for the second amendment gun, the constitution document and ideas, is the best system humans have generated for weak government.

The second amendment is not dangerous because people like me had background checks before i bought my first pistol.

Criminals will always have guns n knives and even explosives! so we need guns to shoot them and tyrants from a safe distance while waiting for cops to come.

Including "cops" who will try to take my gun. I have a gun to protect my property and family, not only life from tresspassers.

Yup, though it's more the dogmatic people who see every rule within it unquestionable.
Once your argument becomes 'It's in the amendments so it must be right!' you aren't thinking for yourself. The law is always questionable to some degree.

No it is not dangerous, what it does need however is a bit of a tune up with small parts that are so far antiquated and don't work with today's technology.

The US Constitution is the law of the land, not dangerous. What is dangerous are the people trying to get rid of it / undermine the principles of the whole thing.
