To a degree, capitalism makes it hard and I'm not a capitalist, I'm personally politically voting minded a monarchist socialist - some countries look so much better even with the Danish and the Swedes and Nordics all having "socialist like systems of state funding, state support, independence of political systems to outsiders like the EU or such" and so on - supposedly - sovereignty is always a big deal as much as "profit versus people" 😈 it's a worldwide problem. Why must capitalism always put profit over just wanting to give almost everyone a simple living - no luxury no poverty, yet at least everyone will be simple

No. It’s only hard if you’re always playing the victim here in the states. A lot of immigrants come here who succeed. I spent 10 years in the military, been to a lot of places. Sure some places are better than here, but a lot of places I’ve been have real world problems. Someone misgendering a person is the least of their worries in a lot of other countries.

Life in any country is hard if you a born into the lower classes, poverty, lack of housing, hunger, simply working to exist, then invariably poor education in those bad areas, it’s a continuous cycle that is hard to break, those people have a very hard life.

here for everyone else it’s fairly easy if you work at it, if you have some luck, work hard at school, plan out a career, then it’s pretty good.

Not at all in comparison to other countries. The only hardship here would be how expensive living costs are getting. But a lot of people are leaving the country due to that, so maybe the government will open their eyes soon… though probably not.

If you're an immigrant and don't amongst immigrants, or if you simply don't have good friends of connections, then YES, because American people will never accept you or let you into their click.

It's hard in that there are many challenges in my daily life.

It's luxurious in that I can walk down the street and not be afraid of bombs dropping on me.

It is harder in some ways. Not much vacation time and a lot of stress on the job. Companies really expect their to produce.

Actually we're kind of lazy I would say more like 6 to 8 hours a day and maybe 200 - 220 days a year?
