The motive for the reimbursement was to keep Stormy Daniels quiet for the upcoming election and wanted to do it in as secret / hidden as possible. Found civilly liable for rape & sexual assault. Had to pay $25 million to those he scammed in Trump University scam. Broke the Emoluments Clause via Saudi Arabia Golf Tournament deal hosted at Trump Golf Course with Presidential Seal used. Cannot do business in New York for years to come and had to pay over $150 million in damages. His influence on election lies cost Fox News $787.5 million in settlements. The list goes on.

Trump in 2018 even said it himself that Anyone Convicted of A Crime Should Spend Some Time In Jail (except him I guess now)
Trump 2015 claimed if Hillary Clinton were elected she would create an unprecedented Constitutional crisis likes of which have never seen before. We could very well see the first President to be charged under criminal indictment and face criminal trial so clearly he believes that if a president commits a crime they should be in prison (unless that president happens to be Donald J. Trump)

Trump claimed that his DOJ would collect evidence to convict & imprison Hillary Clinton then he was the one to have enough evidence to convict now must imprison. Trump even went as far as to claim that taking the 5th means you are hiding something then pleaded the 5th himself then took back his previous statements against ‘Crooked Clinton’.

Trump is running up against a harsh Prosecutor so…. Given the choice between felon or Prosecutor I’d take Prosecution every time. 🤣, so should Americans!!!

Most legal experts have said he shouldn't get jail time. Looking at past similar cases... first time offender, white collar crime, no one physically or economically injured... those cases typically got community service and a fine. So not The Big House.

The White House? That will be determined in this Fall's election.
