I am surprised he was so quick to reject a second debate. He badly needs another one to attempt to redeem himself. Without one, it's difficult to think of what could happen to reverse how awful that was for him. Kamala had all the momentum and a lead in the polls and there's going to be a big boost to her from Tuesday that he can't otherwise come back from.
