I saw his charge sheet last night and it was pretty nasty. At a hotel a girl tried to leave a Freak Out and he assaulted her. A security guard sought to stop him so he offered him money to not say anything about it or intervene further.
I don't know but it seems he was quite capable of murder given what he is currently charged with. So YES.

  People don't realize that rappers don't have the same experience as us.
  
  That's why I once heard a music producer say that rappers aren't impressed or intimidated when, for example, for the first time in their lives they meet a music industry boss, because they've experienced the violence of the street.

  That makes sense. But it doesn't make it OK to be violent. I can see they might be inured to it.

  The problem is that there is a failure of parents, states etc..
  
  How can we let young people grow up in places where drug dealers and violence rule the roost?

  There was value in going to church every Sunday and being reminded not to kill or to covet the wife next door.
  
  The most law abiding of people will drive at 65 in a 60 mph speed zone if they think they will only be punished at 70. It is inherent we test boundaries. Even doves do.
  
  It has been a downward spiral of tolerance. t is not so bad to buy drugs. it is not so bad to sell small quantities. The poor baby killed because he was drug addled. The more we tolerate the worse we will get.
  
  The solution is simple.

There's too much around the allegations for them not to be true.. Too many people already on board with them as well.. He definitely was involved with those Murders somehow..
