Sis Phillip Adams commit a hate crime when he killed a white family... It would depend on his motivation for committing the crime. However, just like people who want to blame drug use to be the reason they commit a crime... for instance how it was portrayed that Ike Turner was only abusive to Tina Turner while high on cocaine... Screw that shit... if you took that drug willingly and it made it easier for you to commit those crimes... it's all on you and not excusable by a drug habit! I hate when people always want to blame their own actions on something else... "It wasn't me! It was the drugs I love to take!"
But I was contrasting the racial aspect of white on black crime versus black on white crime.
In this case the bottom line is this. The mother fucker committed suicide afterwards. So my point is basically moot.
I just wonder where the outrage is.

No race hate is a very real thing, along with religious, sexuality and even political hate being very fucking real. I know because I have felt it myself. I swear there are people that I would kill simply because of who they are. I know that I should not feel that way and that it is very wrong... but, I refuse to deny how I feel! It's the only way that I can truly understand what a hate crime is and why it is wrong. I will not turn a blind eye on how I feel and acknowledge that it is wrong and not conducive to betterment of humanity and us living with each other... even if we really feel like killing each other. It just need to be recognized as a problem and stopped.
So should "hate" or any other motive carry a higher penalty for the same crime.
Murder is murder. No matter what the motive is.

What like it should not all mandate summary execution... like fuck the trail... we got video, witness testimony... one between the eyes and two in the heart. It would save some serious taxpayers money for better shit.

Here is the thing, If you are just one statistical fanatic that wants to show graphs of murders that were committed because of hate, revenge, money, spousal abuse or wuteva... then sure write that shit down as for what the motive for the murder was. Other than that, why in the fuck should we not quickly eliminate the murderer... they killed once … and past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior.
Not every interracial crime is a hate crime. Only those motivated by prejudice are hate crimes. I can't comment on whether this specific crime was so motivated.

Phillip was likely mentally unstable and failed by the poor, American, mental health system. His issues are still under investigation but were probably due to his NFL head trauma days.

NFL players get brain damage a lot but I believe tHis guy was a kicker soooo I guess he was just fucked in the head , possibly went crazy or just hated white people
