If you are referring to the shooting of the supermarket in Buffalo well then I would have to stay from the amount of evidence and the statement from officials that it was a race based attack he spoke about his hate for black people. also went online and founds much of him engaging in hate content and just a lot of really f***** up piece of s*** geared towards black people and the fact that he even stated it when they arrested him and I mean the shitload more you know. he tells a white guy sorry he thought he was black and went and proceeded to target blacks. He's 18 and definitely he is influenced to think this way... hate is taught... learned... it's terrible to put that ideology in someone's mindset and beliefs... to go set out in the world to ruin others lives and turn what can be love into pure hate and evil.

"Hate Crime" just means it was a crime committed by a white male.
Literally wrote “N——RS” and “Here’s your reparations” ON THE GUN HE USED. I watched the video, he shot every non-white person he encountered, and without even a second thought, fresh off of wasting a black dude a split second earlier, he turned his gun on a cowering white guy, who screamed, and the kid just goes “Sorry!”, and kept it moving without shooting him. I think it’s pretty clear race was a driving factor here. OF COURSE he’s crazy. But just because someone is mentally ill doesn’t make it NOT a hate crime. I don’t understand why there’s any effort to dismiss that this was racially motivated, that’s absurd.
I think it´s both because it´s a hate crime since he was white and the majority were black.
Nevertheless the guy is crazy in his mind. I don´t think though that he was born crazy and you couldn´t have changed something about it. I think he rather was weird and socially awkward and became crazy later on because a person isn´t born with a certain mindset that´s something one learns after some times.
I agree with you though that news often times put a very high focus on the description because that way people are not talking about the assasin´s background.

He posted the same exact black sun and swastika symbols as the Ukrainian Nazi Azov brigade. You know, the same Azov brigade that the U. S. government and media had once branded as neo-Nazi terrorists but began to praise as freedom fighters after Russia invaded. Now the U. S. and NATO countries give them sophisticated weaponry that they use to ethnically cleans their own citizens as well as fight Russians.
So maybe that ass fuck in Buffalo thought the U. S. government would approve of Azov-style butchery the way it approves of Nazis in Ukraine. I mean, even Democrats love Nazis now, right?
He pretty explicitly said how much he hates blacks, Jews, conservatives, corporations, and others in his manifesto- I don't think a few of the victims not being from the same race as the others derails intent from the horse's mouth...
The US should drop "hate crime" from its legal diction. Murder is murder, and giving a crime special treatment based on who the victims are serves nobody except for political interests and feeding into these losers. It's also not even close to being applied equally either, so it's little more than a political tool.
Facts.
1. He had the racial slur scribbled on his gun.
2. He also had the words, "here are your reparations" written on his stock.
3. He confronted one "White" guy, apologized to him, then proceeded to murder other "Black" people.
4. He believed just like you do, in "White" replacement theory.

I'd almost bet that the dems put him up to this to scare people into giving up their guns for "safety". Any time they can't get what they want, they stage an event to make it LOOK like it's worse than it really is. Like the guy that shot at Regan. He was being monitored by the FBI because he threatened to shoot up a school, and he has diagnosed mental problems, so he is certifiably crazy. Of course the Democratic party will try to exploit the race angle, because that's what they always do when the narrative fits. Notice how quickly they pivoted from the Waukesha parade massacre where 6 White people were killed (including a child) and over 60 were injured when a black man deliberately ran over them. That didn't fit the narrative, especially when his social media postings about wanting to knock White people the F out and run them over, as well as he support for BLM.

I think the guy was shooting at targets of opportunity, not selecting specific targets. It was most likely a case of more black people standing around him when he started shooting than the color of their skin.
I'd say it was a combination of the two. You have to have some screws loose if you want to kill a bunch of people, plan it and execute it. And this mass murderer was even previously put under psychiatric observation, so he obviously was.
But the use of the term "hate crime" is used by leftists when it's convenient to them.

Just because black people were involved, it doesn't mean it was a hate crime.

I guess if you ignore the shooter’s online activities, his manifesto touting “replacement” theory, which is straight out of the white nationalist handbook and the fact that he has since told authorities the attack was racially motivated……then you can convince yourself it wasn’t a hate crime. Obviously it was. The term gets used way too much but in this case it is clear. He was a bright student, not some mentally defective twit, and his motivation was to kill black people, as evidenced by both his actions and his writings. Not sure how it could be clearer than this. He drove 200 miles to that specific neighborhood based on demographic data he looked up.
Both can be true. He shot a majority black group. Think of 11 he shot 2 that were white?
Was his deeper motivation just crazy over racist? Maybe maybe not, but I don't care. Whatever gives him the most time. To argue about this is just stupid.

This is a deeply flawed question. The whole concept of "hate crime" is dubious at best, and our modern definitions of "mental illness" are likewise vague.
The guy has issues but I wouldn't call it a hate crime.

This one was a hate crime look at all the info on him and his background but other that the media tries to spin either racist or sexist to get you to watch or read or lesson and he is crazy no matter how you feel normal don't kill a bunch of people
