He is just crazy or was in a bad mood. I think if people would have been 16 white and 2 black people , he would still have killed them. Also, he didn't learn this from others, it was a his own decision. If you are referring to the shooting of the supermarket in Buffalo well then I would have to stay from the amount of evidence and the statement from officials that it was a race based attack he spoke about his hate for black people. also went online and founds much of him engaging in hate content and just a lot of really f***** up piece of s*** geared towards black people and the fact that he even stated it when they arrested him and I mean the shitload more you know. he tells a white guy sorry he thought he was black and went and proceeded to target blacks. I think it´s both because it´s a hate crime since he was white and the majority were black.
