I pay attention to their body language/what their demeanor is. People often try to say "don't judge a book by its cover" but the truth is that things like arrogance, bad attitudes, and carrying yourself like a big shot can be seen easily and will usually shape your opinion of a person very quickly.
After I've paid attention to their body language/what their demeanor is and I see nothing outwardly offensive, I then check to see what their behavior is like when they interact with others, then I check what it will be like once they interact with me. If I notice discrepancies like they seem to be much nicer to others than they are with me, then that tells me something is going on and I can have a concrete opinion about them.
Form an opinion right away obviously?
If you meant how long until I've figured them out well that can be months?
Though I haven't really met anyone that complex nor would want to if it's taking that long I think there's a pretty big reason for that which I don't want to deal with.
The devil you know is better than the one you don't.
Can be seconds, can be months. I have been positively surprised before.
can be in a couple seconds to a couple minutes of talking to them

7-12 seconds If the psychologists are right and it takes months to undo that first impression even when presented with objective evidence that you formed a wrong opinion.
Anyone who goes on a job interview is a fool if they don't study human psychology before interviewing.
Within the first 7 seconds of meeting, people will have a solid impression of who you are. And some research suggests a tenth of a second is all it takes to start determining traits like trustworthiness.
I agree with that.
One never gets a chance to change a first impression.
A few seconds, then a few hours, then a few months. Levels.
It takes about a second. Then it often takes much longer to correct that opinion
Once I see their interactions with other and with me.
Once i see how they treat others or when i get to know them
not an absolute one... consistency is nice, though
Depends, some people make a terrible first impression, some people will take a couple of months.
It take me a while I like to get to know a person before I formulate an opinion of if them
Depends on the person, sometimes it take a very long time, sometimes I'm wrong if I form an opinion too fast.
About 300 milliseconds.
It evolves over time.
it depends but usually a few minutes.
Doesn’t take me much time.
Only seconds tbh
1-2 minutes enough
Within a minute
