Something I want to say real quick is, check the policy of the building. If they say “no political decorations of any kind” or something associated then you would have to follow the rules of the building since Freedom of Speech is limited / controlled by private businesses and this seems like a privately owned apartment business. If there are no Kamala Harris flags or whatever then yeahhhh I’d say they are following the rules too if there are Kamala Harris flags then it is hypocritical and should definitely bring it up.

P. S. I’m sure there is a higher up you can bring this concern to if you absolutely must have the flag up…. I don't know if it were me with a Harris Flag OR Trump Flag OR Obama OR Desantis I’d just keep it to myself after being told to put it down. No fuss.

Also freedom of expression means the GOVERNMENT can't stifle it. If the apartment building says you can't have it up, then you can't have it up, freedom of expression doesn't extend to private businesses like apartment building managers and property owners.
