The house I live in was rebuilt by me, my air conditioning is a fan and the internet is maintained and updated by men and women. Seriously, do you have anything better to do than get in dick waving fights with women all the time?

Sledge, crow bar, Sawzall, shovel and a rent a dumpster. Have the power company shut off the power and have the water company shut off the water to the property.

Pry up the old shingles and plywood, toss the old insulation, break down the walls, pry up the floor boards, remove the window panes. Cut the old piping. Toss the shit into the dumpster, have it hauled off.
