January 6th was an unfortunate incident but President Trump was not to blame. His request to supply additional security was denied by Nancy Pelosi and there were feds on the ground trying to incite a riot. And then we have Trumps own words "march peacefully and patriotically" .

Over the last 4 years Americans have watched their Constitutional rights get stepped on by Biden;s government.

If anything J6 proved trump's commitment to democracy. he had every opportunity in the world, and a good enough excuse to abandon it, and yet he not only stepped down peacefully but told the protestors to go home.

It Biden/Harris who has yet to demonstrate any such interest in democracy, and frankly the way they have been weaponizing the state to spy on and persecute their political enemies is not indicative of someone who has any interest in democracy at all.

Nor is the fact that they refused to hold an primary voting on Harris as the Democratic party replacement after Biden dropped out. They don't even seem to think we the people deserve answers to any real questions about their polices or history. Is this evidence of someone who care at all about democracy?

@Dongie Between the security of their support among soo many members on the basis of a few issues and near total lack of respect for the people's ability and right to think and act, much less govern themselfs. As demonstrated by their support for censorship and a nanny state.

It's not hard to see why the democratic party as come to in large part answers to a cabal of a few top 'leaders' and frankly their largest doners (AKA big business).

Thier voters want to be told what to do and what to think, and they don't so much care if it is the truth because they really don't trust to know better than the same leaders anyway. The same leaders need money and so they really will when left to their own devices answer to the people who give them the money.

Ergo the natural direction of the party is oligarchy, rigging the game to retain control.

Trump is the only one running who both
1) ALREADY stepped down peacefully.
2) Despite having good reason to do so, Given Clinton willfully bleached bit and sold classified information DID NOT weaponize the state to spy on and persecute his political enemies.

So to be honest this isn't even a real question, We know for an absolute fact that Trump would step down, if he even lives to the end of his term.

Just as we know for an absolute fact that Harris would continue to weaponize the state against her political enemies, as she has already been doing as part of the Biden administration and promised to do.

Im sorry but that behavior is not comparable with the existence of democracy.
A prosecutor can always claim and charge their political enemies with almost any crime they want. They can always appoint people who will utilize the same powers to investigate and leak important information to their campaign giving themselfs an advantage even if the judges they or their friends hand pick don't go along with it.
