How will the hurricane devastated people be able to vote in November?

With a lot of the infrastructure damaged or destroyed. No electricity, voting places destroyed, no communication, roads washed out, postal service maybe non existent, people missing. How will the south east states be able to vote in November elections? Less than four weeks away.

Western Carolina is the most devastated area and it is a Republican stronghold, North Carolina is one of the swing states and Biden delaying relief efforts to North Carolina could result in Western Carolina not being able to vote and Harris winning the state. Is it possible that is why relief efforts have been so nonexistent?

I just can’t imagine what will happen. Just remember the questionable things that was done and blamed on covid!
