World news just said that the NFL was considering asking for passports before allowing people to attend the big game!
How can they require ID to attend a football game and not to vote?

Yes it’s legal. Just like in the past, Super Bowl is a designated National Security Event with Secret Service in charge of overall security, which would include ID checks.
