He simply said that North Korea would use all its attack capabilities if South Korea attacked it. He added that the use of nuclear weapons was not ruled out.

That doesn't sound unreasonable. All nuclear armed countries have the same policy.

In this scenario Nkorea claims that they have shutdown some of the Skorea drones and he has given warnings for which he next claims that they will use nukes if not taken seriously also they have deployed more soldiers and peeping things at the borders as per the update.

The U. S. and South Korea have been antagonizing and threatening North Korea for 70 years. Now they are acting like North Korean defensive measures are belligerence.

As for a war it’s always brewing but when it comes to nuclear weapons although the threat is there it’s unlikely to ever happen because if you are trying to take over land & you nuke it the land is useless & radioactive. It’s like you sending a nuke to your neighbors house, you launch you are both screwed.

North Korea is always warning South Korea (and the rest of the world) that they will nuke them. It happens so regularly that it does not even make it into the news these days.
