Donald Trump was found guilty by a jury of his peers of raping a woman named E. Jean Carroll.

The Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade because it was bad legislation to begin. It’s about getting away from top down authoritarian laws and mandates.

Washington DC shouldn’t be telling Texas what to do. California shouldn’t be telling Texas what to do (or vice versa). And he definitely doesn’t control any state or locale regulations on abortion.

The bottom line is will never be a nation wide ban on abortion in the United States. Even though I am pro life I would never want that. Because again Texas shouldn’t be telling California what to do.

But what amazes me is how many women care more about “abortion rights” vs. what really matters: the economy, hyperinflation, border crisis, raging wars abroad, etc. I guess you don’t care about the economy because you are always expecting someone else to take care of you.

Also you all act like an unwanted pregnancy is completely inevitable or something. While no contraceptive is 100% effective the science is getting close. You really have be very reckless and stupid to have an accident (in most cases).

Roe Vs. Wade was the very definition of a lawless court edict inventing a highly complex legal system of trimesters nowhere written or agreed upon on the spot to be i imposed upon everyone.

If the federal court at gone the other-way they might have at least very legitimately asserted the 14th amendment protects the indisputable right to life as defined in the deceleration and fundamental to all other rights.
That at least was tangentially related to the text of the constitutions.
