Interesting. I had seen the Tulsi video but not this Biden one. In the immediate response to Harris over her bussing comments he seemed to be caught by surprise by Kamala's attack. I googled as suggested and Polifact rates it as mostly true I see.

World wide politicians exaggerate and ascribe motivations to their opponents that can't be reasonably be sustained. That is not conducive to good governance anywhere, so voters in all countries should punish at the ballot box wild exaggeration and distortions.

I did hear about that. I saw somewhere that when Harris was a prosecutor in California she did not win a single case that she prosecuted but I wanted to fact check it and cannot find anything about it.
