Should there be a constitutional amendment that says that votes can only be counted on Election Day? No Election week or election month to give anyone the chance to seek out enough votes to win?

Issue with that, mail in votes & early voting & everything in between could only be officially counted on Election Day which would lessen the reliability of those systems for one.

Number two, that means the second that vote reaches the office they can’t do accurate background checks as more voters show up to the polls. Also through this system any ballot not touched after the stroke of midnight means the count is stopped & ballots can’t be added which would affect ALL counties red & blue from finding out the winner.

It is impossible for everyone to show up on Election Day in person, this is why we have absentee ballots (used by military, people confined to their place of housing, and those that can’t make time to get to the polling place whether difficulties with finding transportation or job needs them, etc.)

I implore people with this mindset to do research & feel with your heart.

That sounds like a terrible idea in a democracy. USA is a big place with many people, things are not going to be running smoothly at the best of times. Also it makes the election extremely easy to rig in favor of anyone you wish. Just make sure you know in what locations you are going to get the majority vote and then do anything you can to delay counting in every other location. Delay it for more than a day and you win by default and it does not matter how many votes you actually got.

Yes, There should be a Constitutional amendment that should limit voting to the "First Tuesday after the First Monday on November". No early voting, late voting, universal mail in ballots or ballot harvesting. The right to vote in one of our fundamental rights and for centuries we had paper ballots on Election day and there was confidence in our elections. Today it is expected that somebody (democrats ) will try to steal the election and the question is how will they do it this time?

For presidential elections, the electoral votes are the only ones that count. They are counted on a specified day, and that's already in the Constitution.

How the states go about deciding on their electoral representatives is up to them and none of the federal government's business.

For Congressional elections, the Constitution leaves it up to the states to decide when and where to have their elections. But it does give the feds the power to over ride it.
