Well, no. We shouldn't have an electoral college at all, but elect the President the same way we fill every other office, including those with more power. The entire premise is based on the idiotic idea that your residency determines your politics, which has never been the case, and definitely isn't so now.

Granted that we don't, Trump lost, because Biden got more electoral votes than he did. I don't know why you keep ignoring THAT. Electors, save in a handful of states, are under no obligation to vote for the candidate the voters chose.

And in any case, what the fools running a particular website do have nothing to do with "us".

1, even if we "shouldn't" have the law, after we have it we can't ignore it. i won't stop at red lights because i think we "shouldn't" have the law.
2 trump didn't lose as we see in picture but the "winner lost" is choosing a false winner.
3, nothing to do with us? yes it does we are READING it, we are getting swayed and influenced by whatever agenda, we can decide not to donate to wikipedia and make a counter campaign.

1. It's not a matter of "think"; it's a matter of "offices that are supposed to be elected being appointed instead"; the Articles of Confederation were much better about this sort of thing. But it is the law as it stands; that's fair enough.

The only problem with that is listing the date before the month, which has nothing to do with Trump.

The second picture mentions that Trump won despite losing the popular vote, which is true. "The winning candidate lost" isn't a declaration that Trump lost the election, it's a point that he LOST THE POPULAR VOTE. The entire point of using elipses is to indicate that that isn't the end of the sentence. "The winning candidate lost his glasses" or "the winning candidate lost his mother" would not invalidate the election results, either. In light of the fact that it's a direct statement of fact on the results of the election, it isn't even out of place; you're just looking for any reason to complain.

3. By that logic, anything at all that you read is something that you have a responsibility for. Did you slaughter a dozen million people because you read Mein Kampf? Of course not. You can choose not to read it, just like you can choose not to read Pravda. Or you can choose to read many things and expose yourself to many ideas and perspectives, and actually THINK about what you see. But instead, you claim that the law is being ignored because a candidate who lost the popular vote is described as having lost the popular vote.

This kind of unthinking dismissal of criticism is big part of WHY Trump lost in 2020, and we wound up with a would-be dictator who's one crisis away from scratching the "would-be" off his title in the Oval Office instead.

What does that have to do with the electoral college? The electoral college elects the president not the popular vote. Yes the electoral college goes with popular vote 99% of the time. But there is no rule that they have to. Only a few times that they went against popular vote.
