Denver’s Democratic mayor called these illegal immigrants mere “newcomers”, but the truth is that these so-called “newcomers” are housed, clothed, fed, and given welfare while politicians put Americans’ well-being on the back burner.

Take a look at the Twitter post for that Denver story, there are thousands and thousands of taxpaying citizens screaming about it, but they do it anyway, "we must cut funding to the police and fire department in order to welcome our newcomers." That's a direct quote from the mayor.

They've got something big planned around the election, such as an electromagnetic pulse shutting down the power grid (and internet, and phones) for weeks, making the water supply undrinkable, unleashing another epidemic on us, a terrorist attack by the millions of illegal immigrants inside the country (newcomers!), they could be any number of things, but we the people aren't prepared for it and the government won't be helping us. Covid was just a test run to see how we'd respond, and we caved, taking 3 and 4 and 5 doses of that poison vaccine like sheep, and then shaming people who refused (and taking away their jobs, their children, their homes).

When I visited Germany the locals were OBEYED traffic laws but drivers and pedestrians. Even if there was no traffic in either direction on a crosswalk pedestrians wouldn’t cross the road they got an go light. Colorado used to be like that (to a lesser extent) until we had a flood of illegals.

If your city decides to stop paying for police and fire service that your taxes pay for, you have a civic duty to stop paying those taxes to the city and instead give that money directly to law enforcement and fire service.

Giving the taxes you pay to the government for them to provide you - the legal taxpayer - with certain services is no different than sending it to King Charles if they don't provide the service your taxes are supposed to pay for. Nice idea in theory, but not sustainable in practice. There are only so many resources to go around, and far too many of those resources are controlled by corporations with profit-motivated methods... so most of them will go to whoever pays the most for them... which automatically means the poor are going to be starving and end up driven to crime to survive.

So it isn't even about illegal immigration in practice. Just that the population needs to be controlled, and it makes more sense to give priority to those already living there than people who have shown up by less than reputable means.

@SotiCoto I like to disagree. Police are overfunded meanwhile resources that directly support the growth of the community (not just undocumented people) like schools are severely underfunded. There’s no reason for the PD to have armored tanks for vehicles but underpay teachers and school resources.
Also the documentation process for immigrants could definitely use some support too. Until the police can learn how to not be murderers and execute civilians in broad daylight, they will receive the necessary support they need like therapists, mental health experts, and more training than a high school diploma and a gun.
