Or daddy time or mommy earth or something.

Funny thing is, men actually did create some races in recent history, my I present to you

however, I also mean the term as well.

If a guy with a unique nose and skull structure decides to have a bunch of kids and his kids have a bunch of kids they’ve effectively started to create a prodigious phenotype, i. e all it takes now is for this malleable term to broaden a bit and some politician to label this clan as a separate race especially if they inhabit and control a certain geographical region.

Race theory "assertion that some racial groups are endowed with qualities deemed superior" is by 1894.

In biology races are subspecies. That is they are the same species, but are genetically distinct populations of individuals. This often occurs when a population is separated from the larger parent population. Being that they do not interact and reproduce with each other the allele frequencies in the isolated population will over time become different than the parent population due to genetic drift. This is termed the founder effect. It can also happen due to a genetic bottleneck when a population dies off in mass due to disease or a natural disaster and has to rebuild itself from limited genetic stock.

Well I think you associated “white men” with “men” , but yes we as in us guys certainly created a lot fast things. Arabs and their chariot races and the Chinese and their rockets did a cool thing too

You're confused. Race is a social construct. It has no basis in medical or conventional science.
