If men and women switched jobs/labor, can women even survive what men were doing from beginning of mankind?

Female jobs are easily replaced by men. But I am pretty sure women will just die trying to perform labor that men did from the start of civilization. Those labor require top mental and physical power.

Shouldn't the job fit the capability of the person? This is why people are dropping dead at the work place which cost the company more in the long run. Like a new ladder is cheaper then a broken neck.

I also get not everyone is capable of all possible jobs but we should start at the base human level and not let the job dictate the pase.

Nah women could do it. We may have to invent some better/easier ways to do some shit, but we'd get it done. Humans are incredibly resilient and adaptable. I bet men could even take over all the jobs women do if they really needed to. :) After all men are human too, and humans are incredibly resilient and adaptable. We are all in general very impressive as a community-based species. It's sad you don't recognize that..
