I'm just curious. I always had a feeling this site leans conservative.
Do you like having less rights than your mother had? Do you like the government being in your personal business? Or the idea that if you have a problem with your pregnancy, you might just die or nearly die before a doctor will be willing to help you? How about all of that happening to your friends a family too?
I figure most of you don't like any of that, so if you don't, I think it's a clear choice. The entire country is depending on women to show up and vote against the orange menace, because the men sure as hell aren't going to. The economy will ebb and flow as it always does, but for the folks who write Project 2025 and advise the orange menace, banning your reproductive rights is JUST the tip of the iceberg, of freedoms they want to roll back and abolish in this country. The next step is banning birth control. How does that sound? Just read what they've wrote down.
I just think it's so obvious that women need to put a stop to this now, and we have the power to do so. It's just a matter of the voter turnout. You can't stay home, you can't vote for a third party, you have to vote in a way that hurts the guy who overturned Roe and said he was "proud to have done it". You have to stop these people, before it gets out of control. You might not like Harris, or agree with her on everything. But you need to like yourself, and all of the women you care about, enough to show up on election day and send a message to the Republican party like they've never seen before. We've got the power to do it, we just have to actually do it.

Pretty interesting fear mongering. Were you as passionate about keeping the government out of your personal business when they were forcing everyone to wear a mask and get injected by an experimental vaccine?
Except they didn't do that. I never got the vaccine, and no one tried to force me to get it. The mask mandate was mostly at the request of those serving the public choosing to following the department of health's guidance on the matter. There was no federal mandate on the public to wear a mask. And yeah, I was consistent then about the idea that the government doesn't get to tell us how to make our own health related decisions. If we want to make bad choices and risk our own health, we should be free to do it.
How is it fear mongering, when people have literally died as a result of their state's abortion care bans already? No exceptions for rape, incest or life of the mother? Wtf? Voters have consistently voted in favor of abortion care, every time it's on the ballot. Don't act like the government isn't trying to force some messed up stuff on us. People don't want this.
You are gaslighting if you are saying people weren't forced to wear masks and get the vaccine. People lost jobs for not getting the vaccine and denied access to public areas and travel means for not wearing masks.
Wasn't the government telling them they had to do it, or firing them from their jobs (other than federal jobs). Why wasn't I forced to do it? Private organizations asked people to do it, and restrict some who didn't.
Hospitals were firing doctors and nurses who didn't get the vax. The government wasn't directly firing them, they just told the hospitals that no COVID relief funds would go to hospitals who didn't have 100% compliance with the vax mandate essentially forcing the hospitals to do the dirty work. Military members were also discharged if they refused the vax, essentially being fired by the government. You are wrong here, stop fighting the reality of what happened to push your political agenda.
I'm not, I said federal employees were probably mandated. I didn't agree with that policy. I hate to say that it's common sense however, for healthcare workers to be virus free or at least not endangering others, but they kinda needed to be. But yeah, I didn't agree with the government trying to mandate it.
At least you are consistent. I disagree that forcing anyone to get an experimental vaccine is common sense though.
Yeap already mailed in my ballot
I'm voting for my future. I'm voting for trump.
