One time I heard this trans woman say something like this “my reproductive system is male but I am neurologically female.” This trans woman was basically saying I am a female inside a male body.

I believe neurologists aren’t used to help treat or diagnose transgender people for their dysphoria. Try googling something like “a list of neurological conditions” or “what types of conditions do neurologist help treat” and you will see I am right. Neurologists aren’t used for trans people when it comes to their dysphoria

Obviously no. My brain is PART OF my body. If it developed different than my sex characteristics did, that doesn't mean either of those parts are "wrong" it just means they don't match. The external organs and skin are MUCH EASIER to change than the brain, so obviously if you're going to make them match you would just change your sex organs instead of attempting BRAIN SURGERY. Messing up a sex change operation is bad, yes, but imagine messing up brain surgery! That could fuck you up as a person, not just your sex organs. Not worth the risk at all to try and rewire my brain about this.
