No; these women are joining the 4B movement because they believe they will no longer be able to get an abortion. So they already were not contributing to the birth rate.

Given that it is governed at a state level now, the blue states will keep pushing more drastic de-regulation of it and the red states will keep pushing for more invasive regulation of it.

Maybe? I can certainly follow this train of logic, but I think you're discounting the ingenuity of both men and women to create transactions involving nudity. My prediction is the porn ban will be as effective as the prohibition.
