I was watching a Ted Talks. A guy studied finance at Yale and later he went to a reunion party where he met his classmates over 20 years ago and he did secret surveys of their happiness markers for statistical reflection and study.
He found that even though these people were rich, they were not happy, because they had to work very long and stressful hours to maintain their lifestyle and wealth. I know people who went above 100 hours a week at banking jobs. The person I know quit after 3 months.
I think it's possible to love your job if you are an architect or a doctor. But if you are a billionaire investor, I doubt you would love your job, because you have to do things you hate to outwit your rival who wants to steal your pay cheque and snatch your job.
