Maybe not as obviously corrupt as... say... Mexico, but a lot worse in so many ways?

Billionaires line their pockets into politicians and it is true on both party lines.

Hell, we even see this as blatant with Elon Musk now being Trump’s “co President” getting to select who he deems worthy of appointment yet some people don’t want to hear that because they’ll clutch their pearls depending on the party line they are on. The facts don’t care about your feelings.

Nancy Pelosi killed a rule that would restrain Congress politicians from making stock trade deals based on advanced knowledge. Notice how Republicans and Democrats didn’t get in an uproar with this decision? Because they benefit.

Clarence Thomas does the bidding of the wealthy man who lines his pockets with not only house bills being paid, but also luxury trips around the world and a lot of special treatment.

Trump’s Campaign Manager shoveled money from Russia into Trump’s Campaign of 2020 along with Eric Adams getting money from Turkey, Senator Mendez getting money from Egypt as well as luxury cars (Mercedes Benz to be exact)

Yeah the government is corrupt. Trump keeps breaking promises to drain the swamp with picks such as, Lee Zeldin who promises to cut restrictions & environmental rules just like Trump did last time (200+ Environmental Protections cut, an example being a Clean Water rule also mandatory automatic brakes to prevent train derailments too from 2017-2020)

Our Govt is corrupt from all angles, beyond party line. Period.

Of course it is corrupt. Its so blatant to, you have politicals who become very wealthy after doing certain policies and then take up well paying jobs in company's who they regulated in favor off. They do foreign aid that then by proxy gets funneled back to them since they often fund their buddies and probably get a cut. They are dishonest about policy. The federal reserve is a private organization which is profiting of everything, etc.

Now here's the worst part of it the US is wealthy enough for bribes to be less effective, so you can't just bribe cops and get away with it at least not to my knowledge. While in poor countries the corruption is at a lower level so you can get away with things easier.

Absolutely. You only have to look at how the legal system was weaponised to go after Trump or all the bill& hillary scandals that are so numerous that all anyone remembers is Monica & Bengazi.

Or how about the Ukraine war. Thrvus government manipulated the Ukrainians to try to join NATO & the EU knowing Russia would invade, the military has made as much if not more money from the Ukraine war as it did with the war on terror.

Ah unblocked me again finally? Cool. But of course it's corrupt. We keep getting sex offender politicians and judges into power, keep getting laws passed that are against the will of the people and the state cracks down on all who oppose it. Revolution is a right, to be used when times are at the darkest. It's pretty fucking dark right now and the state had made is illegal to call for insurrection or violence.
