I love it. Even if he doesn't get confirmed, Trump can use a recess appointment, or make him "acting" AG. Either way, it's making both Dems and Rino's go crazy. He's over the target!

Not in favor of Trump abusing the DOJ the way the Dems did though. They turned us into a Banana Republic and a laughingstock. Trump's DOJ will have plenty of actual crimes and laws broken by members of Congress, the Biden Admin, their deep-state lackey's etc... to prosecute for civil / criminal offenses. Trump's DOJ will go by the book, legally, and make sure the evidence is overwhelmingly beyond reproach. So, if you didn't committ a crime, high-treason, etc... you'll have nothing to worry about. If you did... then you're fucked. If your name is Pelosi, Clinton, Garland, etc... you're on a short-list
