Why are Democrat run cities so dangerous?

Per 10,000 people democratic city's are safer on average. With the exception of like Chicago.

Take alaska with less then a million population for example. 2/3 of women get sexual assaulted making it one of the most dangerous places to live. Now take that math to these city's.

Because they didn't embrace the 2nd amendment, they thought it was a problem rather than solution to crime, I've never seen a felon walk out with a firearm out of a gunshop, I still see felons with guns tho so taking the second amendment from the civilians that want to protected their loved ones is just leaving civilians vulnerable to crime that's committed by people that don't need the 2nd amendment to get their hands on firearms or to maliciously use them.

All I know is that if I had a gun illegally and I wanted to find defenseless victims to rob or hurt, I'd go to states where guns are controlled because that would increase my chances of not just success in my crime but increase my chances of survival against the victims defenses.
