Yes, the average Turk-in-the-street probably has some Arab blood in him, since they've lived and intermingled so much for so long, but it's not a primary contributor; the core of the Turkish genome most likely came from the Uyghurs and the earlier Anatolians- Hittities, Galatians, Greeks, and the odd Scythian.
