Do you agree it’s crueler to make fun of people for things they can't control compared to things they can control?

For example how much a persons weighs is a lot more controllable then how big a persons ears, forehead, height, lips or nose may be.
I do think its cruel and lame to pick on somebody because of their weight but it just personally strikes me as crueler to pick on somebody for things like their ear size, nose size, forehead size or height.

Most people can control their weight. Also losing weight is free. Exercising costs nothing.

Ear size, head size, height, lip size etc is all genetic. People don’t get to chose their genetics. People can choose to get surgery to change their looks but surgery costs a lot of money and losing weight by exercising is free.

Also choosing to eat junk food or healthy food is a choice and what people eat contributes towards their weight. Also exercising is also a choice.

A person nose size, lip size, forehead size, height, ear size etc is not a choice. It’s largely had to do with genetics.
