Do you think it's fair that in the U. S. if you do one bad thing, suddenly that's the only thing people remember you for?

O. J. Simpson, even despite being found "Not Guilty", his career was over and his reputation was tainted forever. He was no longer "O. J. the Touchdown" or "O. J. the Movie Star", he forever became "O. J. the Wife Killer".

Chris Benoit was a legendary wrestler, but after he committed his murder/suicide, the WWE erased him from history, even though they're the ones who messed him up in the head and made him go crazy.

Michael Richards who had his career derailed because of a racist tirade at a comedy show.

And Hitler, if you dare to mention he did some good things too you're a "racist POS"

Now the latest victim is "Deadliest Catch" star Josh Harris. Some stuff came out that he sexually assaulted a 4 year old girl when he was a teenager in the late 90s, and even though he was punished and went to therapy and has a family now, "Discovery Channel" fired him after almost two decades on the show, now they were even talking about editing him out of past episodes, and just pretending he never existed. He is no longer "Phil Harris's Son". He is no longer "Captain Josh Harris". He is now "Josh Harris the Child Molester."

This doesn't seem to happened in other countries. There was a famous French director recently who was mixed up in a MeToo scandal, one actress even killed herself and French people said it doesn't change the fact that he was a great director.

Varg Vikerness burned some churches and killed his bandmate and served 25 years and even made records in prison, and people were buying them, and he still has a large following and fanbase and people remember him for his music.

I even saw a documentary where they showed a guy in India who burned his wife alive, and he was allowed to leave prison to teach children, and parents said they don't care about his crime, because he was a good teacher.

Even with everyday people. You can do so much good, but people will only mention the bad thing you did
