Apart from the impact a mistake can have on a personal level or professional level. But the world at large won't notice. Mistakes do happen, we're human after all.

Not everyone may notice the direct cause, but usually everyone notices the mistakes and decisions that affect and impact everyone directly and indirectly. If not resolved.
Say, a worker spilled some type of food on a piece of paper, handed to a superior. The superior didn’t notice or didn’t care to resolve and hands it over to a partner. The paper makes its way into the hands of a partner, in a different field, say, of construction, or a partner in another part of the globe, and then the leader of either of those companies hands it to their subordinates. To be carried out. The subordinate can’t fully comprehend the exact directions because of this stain, but thinks nothing of it. Then whatever is built or produced will be missing a crucial detail. And that can negatively affect the product or the constructive piece, which would then ruin customer experience/satisfaction and maybe even threaten their safety, and/or damage reputation of companies, while also causing potential harm to those who used/ interacted with the constructive piece/landmark.
All because of a food stain, by an employee, who was responsible for the paper to begin with.
If people are late to a meeting, the effects and schedule of that meeting and what follows after, are all delayed. We all live in a society. Mistakes shouldn’t deter us from progress and routines. But it does affect others directly or indirectly and in big or small ways. Ripple effects. Especially, if others don’t resolve them, but even if others resolve them, it shifts how we get things done and move on from there.
I think it depends on the mistake and the role you play in this world. But of course we are all human and if we didn't make mistakes how would we learn and evolve?
Thank you!
Lol i actually love the image and it's a good message too
it depends on the mistake and who finds out about it.

The world doesn't have to notice. I know I made the mistake and that is all that matters.
That was true before social media. Now the entire planet is sharing your mistake.
Of course it would all depend on what the mistake was and who made it.
Yes or they’ll forget soon enough.
