Does anyone really hate junkies?

I hate people who take lot of drugs including weed. They are some of the worst people I met. Rude, reckless, no respect, like to fight, steal etc. Most of them were like this. Plus they stink and look horribly too from the drug use.

I have to admit, I do. Maybe it's because I just do not understand how anyone can take illicit and very harmful substances that we all know are dangerous, but they do it anyway. That's incredibly irresponsible, and I hate people who are like that, who just don't seem to care about either themselves or others. Or maybe it's because I had a loser alcoholic father who was abusive. Or maybe it's because people who are out of their mind on drugs are a real threat to the rest of us who just want to be left alone.

"Hate" isn't a strong enough word here. How about "loathe" or "abhor"?

It's an illness, and yes they can be unpleasant. So can a cancer patient. That doesn't mean we don't treat them with respect and compassion.

I don't like most of junkies , but a lot people smoke weed nowadays even non junkies smoke that so it's a 50/50 but me personally i hate the smell of it
